HydroBlok VaporBlok is a ready-to-use, water-based elastomeric waterproofing and crack isolation membrane that cures to a durable, rubber-like barrier beneath tile. Use it over HydroBlok shower components to meet the 0.5 perm rating required for steam showers, or as a waterproof and crack isolation membrane over cement board, gypsum board, drywall, mortar beds and concrete. Exceeds ANSI A118.10 and A118.12, isolates cracks up to 1/8″, is low odor and low VOC, and dries fast for next-day tile. Apply with a roller, trowel or sprayer. Coverage: 45 sq ft/gal at 36 mil wet (waterproofing), 35 sq ft/gal at 60 mil wet (ANSI A118.10), 80 sq ft/gal at 20 mil wet (crack isolation). 3.5-gallon pail.
